Job description

Customer Experience Coordinator

This position provides internal support for the sales team, dealers and customers at the HME factory and is responsible for the overall customer experience as customers interface with HME. This person is responsible for coordinating customer and dealer visits to the factory and being the eyes and ears of the sales team and dealers at HME. They will also support, processing and reviewing customer contracts, coordinating pre-con meetings, and acting as a point of contact for dealers and customers when they have questions on status of orders or other miscellaneous items. They will provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers and be directly responsible for providing world-class customer experience in all aspects of interface with HME. This role is responsible for helping to deliver high-quality apparatus with the result being a satisfied customer to include the dealer, sales reps and ultimately the end user.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Coordinating logistics for sales team and dealers for factory visits, events and meetings
  • Analyzing sales data and providing sales reports as necessary to the sales team
  • Supporting accurate and timely sales order processing
  • Providing support sales material and information to sales reps and dealers as needed
  • Managing the customer visit experience at the factory by providing an exceptional experience for them while they are on site
  • Managing sales marketing materials and ordering and inventory of swag for customers and dealers
  • Answering dealer and customer questions about the status of their order and details of their apparatus build
  • Being the liaison between customers / dealers and other internal departments
  • Supporting coordination of apparatus location and maintenance of sales portal and documentation
  • Supporting change order processing and release
  • Coordinating trade show registration, logistics, attendance and support as needed
  • Assisting with customer inspections as needed
  • Participating in training opportunities to develop skills to better understand HME's products, current technology and / or product available to the field (as well as personal growth opportunities to excel at providing customer support)
  • Participating in departmental meetings and process improvement events to assist in determining the best course for the department to be successful and provide an environment for learning
  • Traveling as required to shows, events, dealer locations, etc.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or GED; excellent communication skills (written and verbal); strong organizational and analytical skills to effectively manage multiple tasks with multiple deadlines; proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

General Physical Requirements and Physical Activities : generally sedentary work; seated at desk for extended periods while talking on telephone or performing work on computer; standing, bending, reaching above shoulder level, walking, occasional lifting and carrying (up to 15 lbs.), frequent near vision for reading and computer work; repetitive use of hands, fingers, wrists for key board and other business machine usage; occasional stressful conditions.
