Job Title : Salesforce Developer

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Key Responsibilities Platform Administration & Management
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Knowledge, CMS).
- Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets / groups, and security / sharing settings.
- Oversee data management, platform security, and system performance.
Customization & Configuration
Create and optimize custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and approval processes.Build reports, dashboards, and process automations based on business requirements.Process Automation
Develop automated workflows and flows to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.Integration & Development
Lead integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs.Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, metadata types, and flow actions.Support development using APEX, Visualforce, platform events, and other Salesforce technologies.Architecture & Solution Design
Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture across multiple clouds.Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, future-proof technical solutions.Provide technical leadership on integrations, custom development, and platform governance.Maintain architectural documentation, data models, and integration diagrams.DevOps & Deployment
Manage deployments across sandboxes and production using tools such as Salesforce DX, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.Maintain version control, branching strategies, and CI / CD pipelines.Ensure test coverage, conduct code reviews, and manage release cycles.Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance
Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and administrators.Participate in requirement gathering, solution design sessions, and expectation management.Provide guidance on Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) practices, technical governance, design standards, and data stewardship.Training, Support & Documentation
Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support and escalations.Provide end-user training, technical troubleshooting, and platform best practices.Maintain system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.Continuous Improvement
Stay current with new Salesforce releases, tools, and best practices.Evaluate and recommend AppExchange and third-party solutions.Participate in pre-sales, POC development, and technical deep-dive activities when required.Mandatory Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.Experience designing Salesforce applications, preferably for Government clients.Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and security / compliance-driven environments.Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and platform capabilities.Strong ability to meet cybersecurity and non-functional requirements.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.Proven references from similar past projects.Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer, Service Cloud Consultant, or Architect.Experience leading Salesforce technical design sessions and architecture reviews.Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI / CD pipelines, and version control strategies.Experience contributing to Salesforce Centers of Excellence (CoE) or governance frameworks.If you meet these qualifications, please submit your application via link provided in LinkedIn.
