A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Member & Guest Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage survey programs and Voice of the Customer (VoC) platforms, ensuring accurate sampling and governance
Build and maintain dashboards tracking key performance indicators across properties and channels
Perform analyses to identify trends and improvement opportunities, and publish insights with actionable business recommendations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related quantitative field
2+ years of experience in marketing or business analytics, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
1+ years of experience with VoC, CX, or customer insights programs
Proficiency in Tableau and working knowledge of SQL or Python
Familiarity with Salesforce and survey platforms such as Qualtrics or Medallia preferred
