Quality Coordinator – 2nd Shift (Middlebury, IN)

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is proud to partner with a leading aluminum sheet and coil manufacturer in Middlebury. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in maintaining high-quality production standards within a respected, industry-leading organization.

Pay and Shift Information

Pay : Starting at $20.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Shift : 2nd Shift : 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 30 PM (must be able to train on 1st shift : 5am - 1 : 30pm)

Key Responsibilities

Inspect materials during production to ensure compliance with quality standards

Review and complete claim forms for rejected or nonconforming materials

Use precision measuring tools, including tape measures, micrometers, and calipers, to verify accuracy

Evaluate questionable materials and make informed quality decisions

Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Office and Outlook

Take initiative to support continuous improvement within the quality department

Qualifications

5 years previous experience in quality control or quality coordination

Proficient in the use of precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and consistency

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
