Dear Potential Employee,

We are looking for a self-motivated / driven sales person who can make cold calls and manage relationships and meeting your builders in the field. This position will have a regular salary ($35k to $45K) + commissions from each job sold! A degree is not required, but certainly preferred. The potential to make upwards of $85,000 to $120,000 is not too difficult to reach within one to two years.

The sales person would be joining a company of 16 other hard working employees. Our company has been in business 18 years and is a premier turnkey residential foundation company in Houston. The company also has an excellent reputation and it is of the utmost importance that this be maintained! The position requires that you sell to residential and commercial construction companies in the Greater Houston area from the office and occasionally in the field. You will be selling both residential and commercial dirt work / pads, foundations and flat work / paving. I look forward to meeting our new sales person! We offer a product that people need and want.
