CNA Weekend Package

Job Description :

We looking for a CNA for our Weekend Package! Weekend Package is a 12 week contract between Ennoble Nursing and Rehab and the employee to work 2 out of 3 days of each weekend. In addition, any holiday is treated as a scheduled shift which the employee is required to work.

Pay : There is a $3 increase over Base Rate for the Weekend Package, as well as shift differentials for weekend and shift pay.

Unscheduled Absence : If the employee is absent for whatever reason on any of the scheduled days, employees pay will be reduced to the Base Rate per hour for the remaining shifts on that weekend. The facility maintains the right to cancel any agreement based on a single unscheduled absence.

Pick up shifts : If employee picks up or schedule to work any other shifts throughout the week, the pay will be the standard Base Rate an hour.This contract may be renewed upon completion of 12 weeks of work at the discretion of the facility.

Responsibilities :

• Knowledgeable of residents rights and ensures an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity and well-being of all residents in a safe and secure environment
• Assume accountability for compliance with Federal, State and other regulations
• Assist in the implementation of each resident's care plan by performing personal cares and all Activities of Daily Living
• Answer any call lights to determine resident needs and take appropriate action
• Assist with all AM and PM care
