Surgery Center Nurse Manager

Location : Alpharetta, GA

Compensation : $100,000 – $120,000

We are seeking a hands-on Nurse Manager to oversee daily operations at a surgery center with two OR suites.

This is an excellent next step for an OR charge nurse or supervisor to grow into a leadership role without the stress of a hospital setting or super busy ambulatory surgery center.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee clinical and administrative operations of a two-suite OR surgery center
• Manage a tight-knit team of ~5 FTEs (Surg Techs, MAs, Front Desk)
• Responsible for staffing, scheduling, hiring, and performance management
• Support clinical operations and jump in when needed — strong leadership and teamwork is a must
• Report directly to the Director of Nursing, who oversees multiple sites
