Interventionist Teacher (Part-Time or Full-Time) At Brillante Academy, we believe :

• About Brillante Academy Brillante Academy Public Charter School opened its doors in August 2023 and currently serves over 350 students from the Rio Grande Valley in the Mission area and surrounding communities.
• In the 2025-2026 school year, Brillante will have PreK3 through 3rd grade and will continue to grow one grade-level a year until 8th grade.
• Over the next decade, we plan to expand our network across the state of Texas to serve over 7,000 students.
• The Charter Management Organization (CMO) for Brillante Academy is Seton Education Partners , a Catholicly inspired organization that also manages the Seton Teaching Fellows missionary program and El Camino , an optional after-school Catholic faith formation program.
• Seton Education Partners is also the CMO for our sister schools, the Brilla Schools Network , which are having a transformational impact in Bronx, NY.

• Position Overview We are looking for highly dedicated educators who bring an unwavering commitment to helping every scholar achieve their limitless potential .
• The Interventionist is focused on providing targeted, small-group instruction to students who are struggling academically.
• The Interventionist works with students to improve specific skills, progress monitor performance, and adjust intervention plans as needed to help students catch up to grade level.
• Part-time and full-time schedules available.
• Qualifications Belief in the Brillante Academy mission, model and virtues Bachelor's degree required Possession of current Texas teaching certification as an elementary school teacher (or clear process towards certification within the 1st year of employment)  Bilingual and / or ESL certification (or clear process towards certification within the 1st year of employment)  Relevant upper elementary teaching experience with demonstrated student results preferred Verbal and written fluency in Spanish Compensation We offer a competitive compensation package that includes comprehensive health, retirement and wellness benefits.
