Seeking an experienced professional to lead workplace design and space planning initiatives across multiple sites. This role focuses on optimizing real estate use, enhancing collaboration, and delivering innovative, sustainable workspace solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan and design functional, modern workspaces for new locations, renewals, and renovations.
  • Manage space allocation and optimization to improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Lead design management and collaborate with project delivery teams.
  • Maintain accurate space data and reporting within CAFM systems.
  • Conduct data analysis, diagramming, and visualization to support planning and presentations.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in workplace planning, design, programming, or space management.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and CAFM systems.
