• Analyze and reconcile accounts to identify outstanding balances
• Communicate with customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve financial issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing processes and prevent future discrepancies
• Utilize financial software and tools to track and monitor payment activities
• Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and compliance standards

Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm Pay : $16.00 per hour plus bonus opportunities
