Seeking an experienced Sr. .NET Programmer to support ongoing modernization efforts. This is a hands-on, senior-level development role responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise .NET applications.

The selected consultant will work onsite at the Shipley Building in Columbus, Ohio , collaborating closely with IT supervisors, project managers, business analysts, QA teams, and other developers in an Agile development environment .

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-level applications.

Rewrite and modernize legacy applications into .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API) platforms.

Design, build, and optimize SQL Server databases , including stored procedures and functions.

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, WCF services , and microservices .

Implement N-tier architecture , adhering to ODPS coding and security standards.

Collaborate with Agile teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Utilize Azure DevOps (TFS) for code versioning, CI / CD pipelines, and project tracking.

Develop responsive, mobile-friendly applications and integrate SSRS reports within MVC applications.

Provide mentoring, technical guidance, and support to junior developers.
