The Saturn team is on a mission to build community around the calendar. We're starting in high school, launching in college, helping millions of young people all over the United States and beyond manage their time and stay better connected with their friends and communities. UX / UI design is a key function that steers the future UX of the Saturn application and how it interfaces with Snapchat. Designers work closely with our leaders and cross-functional partners to create a comprehensive roadmap that delights our community.

We're looking for a Designer to join our team!

What you'll do :

• Conceptualize, design, and prototype innovative new features for our mobile applications
• Understand user needs and continuously improve upon existing features in concert with leadership, Product Management, Data Science, Engineering and User Research
• Own the user experience for features end-end
• Assist with all parts of the design and development process from initial research and brainstorming, to visual design, to engineering hand off, to polish and delivery

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position.These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) :

The base salary range for this position is $118,000-$176,000 annually.

Zone B :

The base salary range for this position is $112,000-$167,000 annually.

Zone C :

The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
