Details :

Location : Wilmington, DE

Full Time : 37.5 hours per week

Caseload : Providing behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and supervision for students receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. District prefers to discuss more details at the interview to ensure the best fit based on experience.

Requirements :

Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

Active BCBA certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Ability to supervise RBTs and BCaBAs

Strong knowledge of data collection, behavior intervention plans, and ABA principles

Previous school-based experience preferred
