Position Overview : Aveanna Education Services (AES) is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to lead an ABA-based early intervention clinic / classroom being run by the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU).

The clinic / classroom will provide Intensive Behavior Health Services (IBHS) to children ages 3-5, integrated closely with early intervention services. This full-day program aims to ensure a seamless transition between pre-school special education classrooms and the clinic setting, promoting continuous skill development.
Key Responsibilities :
Initial Assessment : Conduct comprehensive assessments using tools such as the VB-MAPP (Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program).
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) : Implement evidence-based interventions such as Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Training (NET), and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT).
Communication Skills : Enhance verbal and non-verbal communication using techniques like the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices through a verbal behavior model.
Real-Time Data Collection : Continuously collect data on target behaviors and skills using digital tools and software for efficient tracking.
Parent Training Programs : Conduct workshops and one-on-one training sessions to empower parents with ABA techniques and strategies.
Home-Based Support : Extend clinic programs into the home environment through regular consultation and support.
Interdisciplinary Team : Coordinate with BCBAs, Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and special education teachers.
Integrated Services : Ensure seamless collaboration with early intervention programs to maintain consistency across settings.
BHT Supervision : Provide supervision and training to Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), ensuring they effectively implement ITPs and utilize ABA techniques.
Service Delivery : Provide the specified amount of services as detailed in each student's Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).
