What You'll Do :
Own and grow your assigned territory, covering Austin, San Antonio and surrounding areasBuild and maintain strong relationships with on- and off-premise accounts while driving distribution and sales goalsExecute tasting, promotions, events and ride alongs to grow brand awareness and support distributor initiativesManage your territory with sharp time and account prioritization, including weekly visits and follow upsTrack and report sales metrics, wins and opportunities to leadershipCollaborate with marketing, teammates and distributor partners to identify and maximize growth opportunitiesEducate accounts on why JuneShine is premium and different from competitors, supporting ABPs (Annual Brand Plan meetings) and national account strategiesMust-Haves :
21 years of age or older at the time of applicationTexas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) certification requiredMinimum 1 year of alcohol beverage sales experienceProficiency in MS Office and / or Google WorkspaceMust be based in Austin area with reliable transportation and must have the ability to travel weekly throughout the territoryAbility to work evenings and weekends as neededCompensation :
