Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

  • Work 4x10 day shifts with varied start / end times

  • Weekly guaranteed hours : 40

  • No weekends or call requirements

  • Some holidays may be required

  • Must be available to work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Eve + Day = 1 holiday)

  • Required to pick up one additional shift during each 4-week schedule period

  • Nevada RN license required prior to start

  • Required certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS

    • / n

  • Minimum 2+ years of OR experience required

    • / n

  • Must be well versed in all procedures performed in the unit

    • / n

  • May be required to float to other areas up to competency level

  • Work in Same Day Surgery Center with 8 Operating Rooms

    • / n

  • Serve patient population from pediatrics to geriatrics

    • / n

  • Perform procedures including General, Ortho (Small Joints, Total Shoulders), ENT, Ophthalmology, Pediatrics, Plastics, Gynecology, Dental, Oral Maxillofacial, and minimal Endoscopy

    • / n

  • Provide optimal patient care utilizing knowledge and skills within the nursing process

    • / n

  • Accountable for individualized patient outcomes over entire episode of care

    • / n / n
