Ideally, you are a licensed agent that is ready to play a key role in growing our company's insurance agency.

What you bring to the team :

You are a self-motivated, problem solver that understands his / her salary can grow exponentially as the agency grows. Youre Bi-lingual Spanish / English, and comfortable providing high quality customer service in either language.

Preference to those with experience working with Agency Matrix or other CRM, providing non-standard insurance, strong computer (google docs, MS Office) skills, and an ability to identify cross selling opportunities.

Base Pay + Commissions & Bonuses

The expectations in this role :

In person customer service, sales, underwriting and record keeping. Educate clients ethically on auto, home, renters, & small business insurance options.

Communicate clearly with clients when quoting prices & financial options and complete sales with extraordinary customer service.

Service existing accounts, answer questions, and provide accurate information to ensure clients can make the best decision for their families.

Help identify cross-selling opportunities across our agency service matrix. Punctual with a professional attitude.

Hours : Full Time, 40+ Hours / week
