Description

Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers.

Design, develop, and implement applications, including new projects and enhancements.

Ensure code quality and timely project delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align on project goals.

Stay current with the latest technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical direction and mentoring to team members.

Participate in the design and development of applications.

Contribute to project planning and release management.

Identify and resolve technical issues.

Share knowledge and expertise with team members.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in programming and related technologies.

Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with development methodologies and practices.
