• Group is completing a brand new 3-million-dollar dental office and dental lab this year. New dental office was opened about 2 years ago. New lab just opened
• Guaranteed Base salary starting in the $197,000 - $217,000 range. Incentive bonuses for production and quality measures.
• Group works with primarily 5 native American tribes in the region.
• 13 patient encounters per day. Group pays $25 per patient over 13 if you desire to see more patients.
• Monday Friday schedule from 8 am 5 pm. Call is very limited after hours.
• NextGen EMR
• Group offers primary care services, behavioral health, dental, optometry and ambulatory services.
• Group covers 100% health, dental and vision for employee. 403B retirement plan with 4% contribution after 3 months of employment.
• PTO of 15 days per year plus 8 sick days, 12 paid holidays (2 personal holidays) and 5 days of CME with $2,000 budget. 40 total days of PTO.
• Negotiable sign on bonus and relocation bonus
• CA dental license and DEA required.
• Credentialing process can be done in 30-45 days. Ideal candidate will have a CA license already in hand.
