Store Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and develop the store team to meet sales and service goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, merchandising, and inventory.
  • Ensure the store is clean, safe, and follows company standards.
  • Manage payroll, expenses, and profitability.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus).
  • 2+ years of retail management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods.
