What this job involves :

• Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of facility.
• Engage with client contacts at all assigned facilities to ensure work orders are scheduled properly and work is executed to satisfaction.
• Work with property managers to handle routine property management operations, including procurement of property supplies and services, assisting with other general duties as requested.

What is your day to day?

Desired experience and technical skills :

5+ years' experience with facility or property administration in a manufacturing environment

Estimated total compensation for this position : 45,000.00 - 65,200.00 USD per year. The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
