We are seeking candidates who can answer 'YES!' to the following :
- Lead new clients through implementation steps effectively.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion.
- Find creative solutions to meet client needs with our flexible product.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client success.
- Explain technical product capabilities clearly to non-technical clients.
- Relate information to clients in a relevant and understandable manner.
- Understand or be willing to learn about medical imaging workflows.
Key Responsibilities :
Schedule kickoff and status calls with clients.Manage implementation projects efficiently.Identify and address additional client needs.Coordinate internal processes to meet client requirements.Seek opportunities to improve implementation processes.Coordinate efforts among training, support, and implementation teams.Conduct initial client assessments and establish customized plans.Provide remote coaching and training using software tools.Support client activities and schedules during implementation.Occasionally visit clients on-site after initial training.Assist in developing and improving implementation and training procedures.Participate in development meetings to stay updated on new features and training needs.Qualifications :
Completion of 4 years of college coursework in a related field, with relevant experience.Clinical certification or medical device experience is a plus.Strong knowledge of Clinical Information Systems.Experience with EMR / HIS / RIS onboarding is advantageous.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other PC skills.Experience in developing and implementing training programs.Ability to quickly learn new technologies.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and in teams.Capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.Medical imaging knowledge is a plus.About the Company :
