Location : Albany, NY

Facility Type : Office-based MFM practice with rotating hospital call

Assignment Details :

Start Date : Before November 14th

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 30 AM 4 : 30 PM

Call Ratio : 1 : 3 (rotating call obligations with hospital)

Nursery Level : III

EMR : Epic

Onsite Lab & Ultrasound : Yes

Practice Size : 3 physicians currently

No supervision of other providers required

• ? Patient Load : / day (varies by visit type & call)

Travel & Reimbursement :

Flight, Hotel, and Rental Car covered

Credentialing Timeframe : Approx. 2.5 3 months

Submission Requirements (Must-Haves) :

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine

Completed MFM Fellowship Training

Active NY State Medical License

BLS & ACLS Certifications
