Must-Have Skills :

• Ability to recommend improvements to systems and business processes, and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Strong experience interpreting and implementing state and federal mandates within Linux-based eligibility systems.
• Deep knowledge of SNAP / TANF eligibility and similar economic assistance programs (MAVS).
