Structural Drafter Job Summary

POWER Engineers is seeking a Structural Drafter to work in the Power Delivery Pacific Civil / Structural Substation Department in our Portland office located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Flexibility is available for a hybrid work environment (employee will need to live within driving distance of the office).

Responsibilities

• The position involves drafting opportunities on substation projects that include foundations and structural steel detailing
• The successful candidate will be responsible for learning, understanding, and implementing CAD knowledge and assisting others with understanding and following standards; learn client standards, practices, and procedures to ensure that work produced conforms to the client's standards and expectations; be responsible for knowing and following POWER's standards, procedures, and processes; collaborate on design issues; seek guidance from those with more experience
