A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Claims Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end claims process for disability and leave of absence products
Foster strong client relationships and address any issues or concerns promptly
Build and lead high-performing internal claims teams, providing coaching and setting performance goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in Employee Benefits / Group Insurance Claims
3+ years of people leadership experience with excellent team management abilities
Specific experience with Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and / or Paid / Unpaid Leaves
