The unit has a total of 36 beds and is staffed with 40 professionals, including 6 RNs during the day shift, and 6 RNs during the night shift. Our unit focuses on providing specialized care for patients with neurological conditions. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment Perform standard medical-surgical equipment operations Monitor patients and assess their needs for personalized care Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Participate in staff meetings and ongoing education initiatives Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must have NIH and ACLS certifications Neuro experience is preferred Experience with Foley insertion and IV starts Why ARMStaffing?
