Union Church is a Spirit-filled, dynamic, multi-ethnic church where faith and culture collide. We exist to help people know God, find freedom, discover purpose, and make a difference—and now we’re expanding into a brand-new campus. We’re looking for a Campus Pastor who is a visionary leader, dynamic communicator, and shepherd at heart to carry the DNA of Union Church into this new community. Location to be determined in the Mid-Atlantic Region. What You’ll Do Champion the vision of Union Church and bring it to life in a new city. Lead, pastor, and inspire a diverse congregation with humility, passion, and boldness. Recruit, develop, and multiply leaders and volunteers across every ministry lane. Collaborate with central staff to ensure seamless systems, culture, and excellence. Preach and communicate God’s Word with clarity, relevance, and power. Create a culture of outreach, discipleship, and Kingdom impact. Who You Are A high-capacity leader who thrives in building teams and leading through others. A relational shepherd who loves people and develops authentic community. A communicator who can connect across cultures and generations. Passionate about discipleship, leadership development, and seeing lives transformed. Experienced (5+ years) in ministry leadership at a thriving, growing church (500+ attendance).
