Head Of Sales
We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead, coach, and actively contribute to our growing revenue team. This is a true player-coach role, you will be responsible for closing your own deals while also driving team-wide performance and sales excellence.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, brings a strong track record of complex solution selling, and is able to hold a team to high standards of execution. You must be comfortable getting into the weeds on a technically sophisticated AI product, while also stepping back to provide strategic direction, accurate forecasting, and executive-level reporting.
This role reports directly to the CEO, Paul Lee, and will play a critical role in scaling Patlytics to its next stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a personal quota : lead by example by prospecting, advancing, and closing deals with enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Serve as a player-coach, helping team members navigate live deals, sharpen their execution, and close business
- Establish a culture of sales excellence : consistent qualification, strong pipeline management, and rigorous follow-through
- Accurately forecast deals and deliver pipeline insights to the CEO and board
- Build repeatable sales processes, playbooks, and standards that can scale with the team
- Develop deep product fluency to effectively position Patlytics' value to sophisticated buyers in legal and corporate innovation
- Recruit, onboard, and coach future sales hires as the team scales
- Operate with urgency and ownership in a high-growth, venture-backed environment
Qualifications
Required :
Strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals (enterprise and / or Am Law accounts a plus)Proven ability to forecast accurately and drive discipline in pipeline managementDemonstrated success coaching and developing reps to exceed quotaHands-on, proactive style, comfortable rolling up your sleeves and jumping into dealsExcellent communication and executive presence with both internal teams and senior buyersThrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high standards, accountability, and resiliencePreferred :
