Key Responsibilities
Manage high volumes of incoming and outgoing communications to facilitate customer payments
Document all account activities, including verifications and demographic changes
Utilize skip tracing tools to contact customers and monitor accounts to mitigate losses
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
3 years of experience in Customer Call Center, Sales, Financial Industry, or related fields
Exceptional knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local collection laws
Proficient computer skills, including Zoom, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Must have a smartphone capable of downloading applications for remote work
