We are searching for a talented Laboratory Lead Technologist

Hours : 40hrs

Shift : Evening shift ; 2 : 45pm - 11 : 15pm

Location : Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

Responsibilities

Under general direction of the Manager, Laboratory Site or designee, perform various duties to support and in support of the Laboratory / Pathology Department. Perform laboratory analyses and identify critical or unexpected results, consult with vendors to troubleshoot malfunctions, investigate all incidents, document and report all findings. Serve as department resource, prioritize and schedule staff assignments, prepare and present at least 4 in-service trainings annually, and insure compliance with all safety regulations and standards including POC programs and OSHA regulations. Perform other related duties within the scope of position as required or assigned.

Qualifications

Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Compensation : Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $37.37 - USD $49.32 / Hr.
