Bartender
Job Overview : ALL SHIFTS
The Bartender shall mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to customers seated at Gaming Machines or bar areas throughout the gaming facilities

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Takes orders from guests and Servers
- Maintains complete knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic selections, specials and mixes ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- Maintains a complete awareness of cocktail and drink recipes and production methods
- Maintains a complete knowledge of designated glassware and garnish for each drink
- Maintains knowledgeable of different types of alcoholic beverages and their methods of production
- Inspects cleanliness and condition of assigned stations and associated public space and rectifies any deficiencies
- Greets guests and takes orders utilizing suggestive selling and up-selling techniques
- Utilizes Call Order procedures when preparing orders for Servers
- Continuously maintains cleanliness and organization of bars, bottle displays, coolers and station equipment
- Replaces ashtrays with two (2) cigarette butts, utilizing the capping method
