Key Responsibilities :
Support the development of the Customer Communications / Document Composition Center of Excellence
Serve as a technical subject matter expert for the customer communication management platform
Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver a scalable customer communication management platform
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in analysis and resolving complex problems
4+ years of experience in continuous improvement methodologies
2+ years of experience with customer communication management software / platform
2+ years of experience in implementing and maintaining communications in a customer communication platform
2+ years of experience developing processes and quality standards
