• Scheduling: Efficiently coordinate and schedule caregivers to meet the unique needs of our senior clients.
• Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Caregiver-Client Matching: Recognize the importance of compatibility in caregiver-client relationships and strive to create optimal matches based on skills, personalities, and preferences.
• Client Satisfaction: Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of caregiver schedules, client preferences, and any relevant information.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in scheduling or coordination roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathy and understanding of the unique needs of seniors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
