Residential Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

In this role, the Residential Facilities Maintenance Coordinator will develop, plan, and oversee the purchasing and maintenance requirements of OPWDD (Office of Persons With Developmental Disabilities) leased and owned facilities. This includes follow through on all purchases and maintenance to completion. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that OPWDD planned and emergency maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner, including, but not limited to, purchasing necessary supplies, completing the work, seeking external assistance if needed, and entering said work into the Agency work order system.

Salary : $66,500 - 67,568 / yr.
Core Work Schedule : 35 hrs. / wk., Mon.-Fri., 9a-5p with flexibility to work after hours, and on weekends, as required to address emergencies in the residences.
This rate of pay serves as a good faith estimate. Actual pay is based on a number of factors which may include a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and work location.
