Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism or other developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans.
Responsibilities :
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home, clinic, or community settings
- Collect and record data on observable client behavior
- Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives
- Collaborate with the supervisory team to ensure client progress
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information
Skills :
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills :
