CRNA Locums Job in Washington Scheduled Clinical Hours Only Starting May 2025 and Ongoing

Coverage Needs :

Option 1 : full time, any combination of 4, 10-hour shifts, 5, 10-hour shifts, or 3,12-hour shifts each week

Option 2 : 12-hour night shift schedule, 3-5 nights per week at CRNA's discretion

Assignment Details / Requirements :

Active Washington license required or IMLC

Board Certification required. ACLS certified

Medically supervised, care team model

Case mix includes : ENT, general surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, (healthy) pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology and vascular (no CT or Neuro)

CRNAs support 7 ORs in the main Surgery department

Facility Details : EMR : EPIC, Trauma Level 3, PEDs Level 3, 4 ORs at the adjacent Surgery Center; 2 GI treatment rooms; 1 bronchoscopy room, and 1 Cath lab

Credentialing Timeframe : 75-90 days
