What You'll Do
- Assist in the service of security and fire systems hardware.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in creating documentation and reports for security assessments and audits.
- Accurately maintain inventory records for all hardware.
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to support requests promptly and professionally, ensuring user satisfaction.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.3+ years of experience in a service role supporting fire systems, security systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems.Experience servicing Kidde, DMP, Digital Watchdog, Notifier, and AiPhone preferred.NICET 1Key Traits For Success
Familiarity with iPhone / iPad and best practices.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work well in a team environment.Eagerness to learn and adapt to using hand and power tools.Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Time management and organizational skills.Physical Requirements

Core work hours are Monday through Friday, 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m., with travel to customer sites required.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days.Generous PTO policy and six company holidays in the first year (PTO prorated year one).Salary & Compensation
