Product Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities

Gather requirements for new protection products and features

Load, configure, and test relevant configuration components across various systems

Document and track testing results, manage error resolution, and facilitate sign-off processes

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in business analysis, product development, or consulting; insurance industry experience is a plus

Ability to gather and document business requirements for product development

Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new processes

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Experience working effectively with various internal teams
