Product Configuration Consultant

A company is looking for a Product Configuration Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct onboarding and discovery meetings to understand customer goals and provide relevant product information

Design technical workflows and best practices for product configuration and customer success

Analyze and document business processes while ensuring exemplary customer service and communication management

Required Qualifications

A bachelor's degree or equivalent of 4 years of professional experience

Minimum 2+ years of customer-facing experience in the enterprise software space

Demonstrated experience in stakeholder and relationship management

Analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot technical issues

US Citizenship (non-dual) required
