Maintenance Technician

Join us at Staffmark for an exciting opportunity as a Maintenance Technician located in West Chester, OH. We are seeking a motivated individual with three years of prior direct experience to join our dedicated team.

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000 / yr.

Schedule : 6pm - 6am, 2-2-3 schedule

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversees machine operations to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient production.
• Collaborates with supervisors and schedulers to resolve production issues and maintain quality standards.
• Promotes a strong safety culture and ensures OSHA compliance.
• Leads, trains, and develops staff, conducting performance reviews and managing employee relations.
• Drives continuous improvement and monitors productivity, process control, and production data.
• Ensures equipment is functioning properly and coordinates maintenance or repairs as needed.
• Manages staffing, including hiring, training, and terminations, while establishing technical support for operators.
