Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Private Equity Attorney (PIF) located in New York, NY.

Candidates should be experienced with private placements under the '33 Act, unregistered funds under the Investment Company Act and have exposure to the Investment Advisers Act. Candidates must have experience both working in teams and managing substantial components of fund formation transactions with private investment funds in the private equity, real estate, and / or technology industries

The attorney will work closely with clients and other legal professionals to deliver high-quality legal services.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in providing Legal Advice
• Experience with '33 Act, investment advisors act.
• Proficiency in Negotiation and handling legal matters
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in New York, NY Or Boston, MA
• Relevant experience in private equity or a related field is a plus
