What We Are Looking For :

We are looking for an ambitious, execution oriented Inside Sales Representative to help drive our company’s growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and eager learner who excels in communication and thrives in a collaborative setting. You will play a key role in generating new business leads and contributing to a positive team atmosphere that values both productivity and balance. This is an in-person role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively engage potential customers through outbound cold calls and emails (90–150 contacts daily).
• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads for the sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research to identify new prospects and business opportunities.
• Assist in administrative and day-to-day operational tasks to support sales activities.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and other sales tools.

Position Structure and Compensation :

This role offers growth potential, with the opportunity to transition into an Industry Sales Lead position within 2-3 years based on performance. We are committed to supporting your growth through training and mentorship.

Hourly Wage : $25-27 per hour with overtime opportunities.

On-Target Earnings (Year 1) : $52,000–$60,000 (base pay plus commission potential).

Start Date : Immediate availability.

Success in this position will be defined by your ability to generate qualified leads, actively contribute to team goals, and continuously develop your skills. As you progress, you will have the opportunity to move into a more senior sales role, significantly contributing to Watermen’s overall growth.

Qualifications :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Strong proficiency in CRM systems like Sales Force and Microsoft Office.

Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and maintain a positive attitude.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Willingness to take on diverse tasks in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows (5–10%).
