We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team of caregivers at Roswell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a 24-hour, full-service sub-acute, skilled nursing, and long-term care facility located in the heart of historic downtown Roswell, Georgia. Job Summary

As an LPN at Roswell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you will work under the direction of our team of RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing wound care, as well as assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our therapy team to develop and implement individualized care plans for our patients.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Perform vital signs and monitor patient conditions

Provide wound care and other skilled nursing interventions as needed

Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Work collaboratively with the therapy team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Provide emotional support and compassion to patients and their families

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Requirements

Current LPN license in the state of Georgia

Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
