Key Responsibilities

Own the full E-commerce marketing funnel from acquisition to conversion to repeat purchase

Collaborate with key teams to optimize digital touchpoints and drive brand awareness

Analyze marketing performance and develop strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Ecommerce, Growth, or Digital Marketing, preferably in veterinary or adjacent healthcare industries

At least 3+ years of management experience

Deep expertise in marketing systems and tools, with Braze experience preferred

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy

Highly organized with a bias toward action and measurable results
