YOUR DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you play a crucial role in our company. Yours is the friendly voice our clients hear when they call in, and you establish a positive tone for our interactions with them. Each day, you are attentive to detail as you field phone calls and set appointments. You listen carefully to our customers' concerns and reassure them that we can meet their plumbing needs. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

• Great communication skills in English
• Ability to type and use basic computer systems

A high school diploma or the equivalent is preferred. Experience with customer service is also preferred. Do you enjoy interacting with people over the phone? Are you attentive to detail and accurate in your work? Can you prioritize your time and efficiently juggle multiple tasks? Are you a problem solver? Do you interact with others in a courteous way? WORK SCHEDULE

This scheduling position enjoys a work-life-balanced schedule of 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, Monday - Friday.
