We are looking for an experienced, Senior, A-level, or Master Caterpillar-component technician to take a first shift, shop role with our small, family-focused single location Parts and Service facility in Birmingham, AL.
Must be able to perform rebuilds, teardowns, and reassembly on all Caterpillar parts from motors, transmissions / torque converters, driveline, ground engaging tools, and more .
You will NOT be required to put a full piece of heavy equipment together, just the components themselves. We resell the refurbished parts to help others with affordability and access.

The Hours for this role are M-F 7am-4pm (No weekends). Company has little to NO turnover and retains most if not ALL of their employees until retirement.
