A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and manage IT operations for a remote workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first level technical resource for user requests, troubleshooting issues across various operating systems
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, coordinating across teams and IT systems
Maintain IT infrastructure, enforce security policies, and contribute to IT strategy and vendor management
Required Qualifications
5+ years of user support experience and IT administration
Proven experience in supporting remote users and advanced IT administration, preferably in a startup environment
Expertise in end user support, system administration, and device management tools
Strong technical expertise in macOS, with knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Proficiency in device management and Google Workspace administration
