We’ve been retained on a search for a Director of Finance with a profitable, PE‑backed SaaS platform that is scaling rapidly. The business currently generates ~$60 M in revenue with consistent 20%+ annual growth and EBITDA margins above 30%. With four acquisitions completed and more expected, the company is on track to surpass $100 M in the next few years.

This platform builds developer tools that power digital content creation and collaboration — products used globally by engineers and embedded in thousands of applications, from innovative startups to household‑name enterprises. Demand is accelerating as AI adoption drives more content creation, making this a pivotal time to join the team.

This is a remote role , with preference for candidates located on the East Coast given the leadership team’s operating cadence.

The Opportunity

As Director of Finance, you will report directly to the CFO and play a central role in driving forecasting, reporting, and strategic finance initiatives, while gaining board and sponsor exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading forecasting, budgeting, and variance reporting processes.
• Overhauling board materials and elevating financial storytelling for leadership and investors.
• Building consolidated operating models and improving data visibility across revenue streams.
• Developing dashboards and flash reporting for real‑time financial insights.
• Supporting M&A activities, including modeling, due diligence, and post‑close integration.
• Managing and mentoring a growing finance team, building leadership capability within the function.
