Position Purpose :

Responsible for the Accounts Receivable (A / R) function and staff managing accurate and timely reports of all sales transactions, A / R transactions and cash transactions. Solves complex problems and deals with a variety of situations. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Major Functional Responsibilities :

Supervises associates to include, but not limited to : staffing, training, coaching, performance management, problem resolution, and ensure duties are performed in a timely and accurate manner.

Maintain an accurate accounting of accounts receivable payments.

Ensure timely processing and distribution of customer accounts receivable statements.

Maintain positive relationships with customers. Provide informative and professional assistance when working with the public / customers and coworkers.

Review sales transactions and billing adjustments for reasonableness and accuracy and follow up on any problems and errors in billing. Store accounts receivable reports as required.

Act as back-up for AR Coordinator(s).

Assist Controller with special projects.

Performs other duties as assigned

Complies with all policies and standards

Required Education :

High School Diploma / GED or Equivalent Experience

Work Experience : 5 Years

Required Qualifications :

Accounting / Accounts Receivable experience required
